At YRU,  waste is separated before collecting in all buildings. To begin with, separate bins are provided for waste sorting.  General waste, organic or degradable waste, recyclable waste and hazardous wastes then separately sorted. This is the start of sustainable management of waste in our university.  YRU highly emphasizes on Waste Recycling projects by educating, and supporting all university personnel and students to promote waste management and recycling
