YRU received Green Youth golden award winning for its waste disposal campaign

On August 05, 2021, YRU was named in the top list of the universities in Thailand by the Department of Environmental Quality Promotion (DEQP) on their outstanding accomplishment in promoting their students to implement the environmental care and conservation campaign within university compound.

Under Green Earth Campaign, supervised by Asst. Prof. Warin Sripongpankun, the group of youth who are the current students from various areas (namely, Areenah wachi, Subaidah Lohlamae Subaidah Masae, Ms Nurhaneesa Sarek, Nurlaila Buenae, Afnan Saengsuchol, Nasura wamae,Suraida Yama, Rusnita Auma, Pharunee Tingi, Ms Sakeeroh Matiyoh, Aminoh Mamu, Aria Mahae) have implemented activities relating management of waste disposal within university compound since the early year. Now, at the end of the year YRU’s Green Earth was honorably presented the golden award of best practice in this environment care project.
